A unique Classical Vocal and Santoor Jugalbandi with Madan Oak. (July 2007)
This Jugalbandi is First-of-its-kind and has never been performed ever before to Sandeep's or Madan's knowledge. Sandeep and Madan Oak, a senior shishya of Pandit Shivkumar Sharma studied each other’s styles and capabilities in depth and decided that a Jugalbandi would be possible, albeit very difficult. Sandeep was able to match the intricacies and speed of the Santoor’s "Tantrakari" with his vocal capabilities. The event was very well received by the audience that included many classical vocal and instrumental artists.

Performed at numerous public and private classical recitals in India, Toronto (Canada), Washington DC, Columbia (MD), Boston, Seattle, Redmond, Baltimore, New York, New Jersey, Fremont, Cupertino, Tracy, etc.
Won the First Prize (in vocal category) in the Acharya Vishwanath Dev Sarma Art Foundation Classical Music competition, organized by Vedic Heritage. The final round was held in New York, at the Pandit Jasraj Auditorium. The panel of judges for this competition included stalwarts in Indian Classical Music like Padma Vibhushan Pandit Jasraj, Violinist Kala Ramnath, and Tabla exponent Shree Vijay Ghate. (November 2004)
This concert was part of the three day Silver Jubilee Diwali celebration. The celebration consisted of performances by some of the greatest artists like Padma Vibhusan Pandit Jasraj, Padma Vibhusan Pandit Hari Prasad Chaurasia, Padma Vibhusan Sonal Mansingh, Padma Vibhusan Pandit Shiv Kumar Sharma, Padma Bhusan L. Subramaniam, Pandit Vijay Ghate and Pandit Bhawani Shankar.

First Place in India in the All India Radio's Semi-classical vocal competitions and First Place in Pune for Classical Vocal. (2003).
Judge for NECC VERVE 2004's 'Saaz: The Light Indian Music competition'. The event was organized by Indian Express's Express Youth Forum (EYF) (2004).
Won the "Arts Trophy" by the Alliance Francaise de Poona for vocal classical music. (2002). The theme for the competetion was "Liberty/Mukti", after the French slogan of Liberte, Egalite and Fraternite.
Best Classical Singer award in the State-level inter-collegiate "Firodiya Karandak" competitions (2002) for performing arts.
First Place in the State-level inter-collegiate "Kalyani Karandak" Classical Vocal competitions (2002).
Won the Elite Trophy, a Hindi Film Song competition 2001 and 2002.
