A unique Classical Vocal and Santoor Jugalbandi with Madan Oak. (July 2007)

This Jugalbandi is First-of-its-kind and has never been performed ever before to Sandeep's or Madan's knowledge. Sandeep and Madan Oak, a senior shishya of Pandit Shivkumar Sharma studied each other’s styles and capabilities in depth and decided that a Jugalbandi would be possible, albeit very difficult. Sandeep was able to match the intricacies and speed of the Santoor’s "Tantrakari" with his vocal capabilities. The event was very well received by the audience that included many classical vocal and instrumental artists.
